Lindsey Voorhees

Dental Hygienist
Lindsey was born in Missouri and grew up in the St. Louis area. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Nathan, and together they moved to Lake St. Louis in 2009. They have a beautiful little girl named Harlow. Lindsey has been in the dental field since 2005. She graduated with her Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from St. Louis Community College at Forest Park in 2010. She started working at Parkway Family Dental Care later that same year. “I truly love what I do. Educating patients and providing them with a comfortable environment is very important to me.

Alicia Page

Dental Hygienist
Alicia was born and raised in O’Fallon, MO. She attended Fort Zumwalt North High School and graduated in 2008. She then went to St. Charles Community College where she was able to use her A+ program to achieve her Associates of Arts Degree. Shortly after, Alicia attended Forest Park Community College to study Dental Hygiene and graduated in May of 2014 with her Applied Science Degree. In January of 2015 Alicia joined the team at Parkway Family Dental Care. She enjoys shopping, softball, bowling and spending time with her family and friends. If Alicia wasn’t in the dental field she would be an Elementary School teacher because she enjoys educating others.

Rodney Toy

Dental Assistant
Rodney grew up in southern Missouri on his Grandpa’s 500 acre farm. He went to Forest Park Community College for Dental Assisting and graduated in 2008 with his CDA. He has continued his education and is now and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Rodney joined the Parkway Family Dental Care team in June of 2014. He is a vegetarian and enjoys spending time outdoors bike riding and taking his dog, Juno, on hikes. If Rodney was not in the dental field he would like to be an Indy Race Car Driver.

Madeline McMillen

Dental Assistant
Maddie was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri. She attended Francis Howell North High and graduated in 2011. After high school she was offered a soccer scholarship at St. Charles Community College. She stayed at SCCC for one year and studied nursing. Shortly after the birth of her wonderful son, Landon, Maddie decided to become a dental assistant and went to school at Midwest Institute. Maddie started working at Parkway Family Dental Care in February 2014. She loves spending her spare time with her son and her family. If Maddie wasn’t in the dental field she would be a nurse.

Jackie Mertens

Office Manager

Jackie grew up in St. Peters and graduated from Fort Zumwalt South High. After a couple of semesters at St. Charles Community College she changed career paths and attended Cosmetology School. After several years of being a stylist Jackie attended Advanced Dental Careers for Dental Assisting and graduated in 2009. She started as a Dental Assistant at Parkway Family Dental in 2010 and became the Office Manager at the beginning on 2013. She has been married to her husband, Nate since 2007 and has two beautiful children, her son Logan and daughter Dylinn. In her spare time she loves to shop, go camping and spend time with friend and family. If Jackie wasn’t in the Dental field she would love to own her own business!

Trisha Cook

Front Desk
Trisha was born and raised in Troy, MO. In 2001 she married her husband, James, and then moved to Warrenton. Together they have two beautiful children, a daughter Madalyn and a son Miles. Trisha attended cosmetology school and graduated in July of 2007. After eight years in the beauty industry Trisha decided to make a change and she joined our team in August 2015. When Trisha isn’t working she enjoys shopping, doing yard work and spending time with her family. If Trisha wasn’t in the dental field she would be back in the beauty industry.
